This policy explains how refunds work for the digital programs sold on this site.

Digital programs and refunds

Our programs are digital content accessible after purchase. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind unless a right of withdrawal or another mandatory statutory right applies. This policy does not limit your rights concerning content that does not conform to the contract, access problems or billing errors.

Right of withdrawal — European Union and United Kingdom

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have fourteen (14) days from your purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

For digital content, this right ends when supply of the content begins only if you have first expressly requested immediate access, acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal and received the required confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium, such as email. Simply purchasing or accessing the program does not replace this agreement.

To exercise your right when it applies, email support@carlakayfitness.com with your order number and your decision to withdraw. Mandatory statutory rights and remedies continue to apply.

Problems With Your Order

If you experience a technical issue accessing your program, or believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to make it right. This contact period does not limit mandatory statutory rights and remedies.
