Information We Collect

When you purchase a program or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, billing details, and payment information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers, and we never store your full card details. We also collect limited analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, give you access to your programs, send order confirmations and, where you have opted in, marketing emails, provide customer support, and improve our website and products.

Sharing and Third Parties

We share your data only with the service providers that operate and improve our store: Shopify (e-commerce and checkout), our payment processors, our email delivery provider, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your currency and region preference, keep the site working, and measure traffic. Google Analytics measures site usage, while Microsoft Clarity helps us understand interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. These analytics tools are only enabled after you explicitly consent through the banner shown on your first visit. We also use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our ads and show you relevant ads. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the site, or by disabling cookies in your browser.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU GDPR and Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

You may contact this person to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw your consent, or to file a complaint about how your information is handled.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your account and order information for as long as your access to the programs remains active. Transaction records are then kept for the period Canadian and Quebec tax law requires, that is six years from the end of the fiscal year concerned. Your marketing contact details are kept until you withdraw your consent; your address is then kept only on a suppression list, so that we do not contact you again. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in each tool, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Our service providers (Shopify, our payment processors, our email provider, Google, Microsoft and Meta) operate outside Quebec, mainly in Canada, the United States and the European Union. Your personal information may therefore be stored and processed outside Quebec, where it may be accessible to the authorities of those countries under their own laws. We select providers offering a level of protection comparable to the one Quebec law requires, and we share with each of them only the information that service needs.
